  • Request one (or more) of the suggested screenings.
  • After the request is reviewed and the test order is approved, an at-home sample collection kit and directions will be mailed to employees from one of our laboratory partners.
  • Return the sample in the pre-paid packaging.
  • Once the sample arrives at the laboratory partner, the process takes about 10-21 days to receive results through employees’ secure Genomic Life account.
  • If employees have a medically important finding, we recommend meeting with a Genomic Life navigator. They can help employees understand their results and discuss their next steps. If appropriate, employees can also meet with a genetic counselor. This consultation is provided at no extra cost and can be scheduled by the Genomic Life navigator.
