What DNA screenings can members request?

You have the chance to request tests that interest you, and a physician will review them to ensure they align with your health goals and are medically appropriate.

What are the steps to participate in the program?

#2. Set up your account at https://member.genomiclife.com/platform and complete a short health survey.

#3. For those seeking DNA Screenings:

    • Request one (or more) of the suggested screenings.
    • After your request is reviewed and the test order is approved, an at-home sample collection kit and directions will be mailed to you from one of our laboratory partners.
    • Return your sample in the pre-paid packaging.
    • Once the sample arrives at the laboratory partner, the process takes about 10-21 days to receive your results through your secure Genomic Life account.
    • If you have a medically important finding, we recommend meeting with a Genomic Life navigator. They can help you understand your results and discuss your next steps. If appropriate, you can also meet with a genetic counselor. This consultation is provided at no extra cost and can be scheduled by your Genomic Life navigator.
    • We recommend you share your results with your existing care team and discuss next steps.

Does Genomic Life have access to my DNA or genetic data?

Genomic Life is a healthcare navigation company, not a clinical laboratory. We partner with genetic testing labs and physician networks to provide access to quality genetic testing. With member consent, we only receive a summary report of test results in order to offer navigation services. Genomic Life does not access or receive DNA, raw genetic data or processed data files.

Genomic Life is a DNA-based healthcare navigation company. We are not a lab nor a medical company and we are not a health insurance company. We specialize in partnering with the best resources in genomic medicine including a variety of genetic testing laboratory partners, precision medicine partners, and genetics experts as well as your existing healthcare team to help you navigate the healthcare system.
