Over the course of 2025 and into 2026, Genomic Life has been enhancing its services available for members. Below is an overview of what to expect.

Enhanced Personalized Guidance from Navigators

We’ve identified that around 1 in 5 members may have an increased genetic risk for medically actionable conditions, leading us to provide:

• 1-on-1 support for those that need it
• Personalized care plans aimed towards prevention and early detection
• Healthcare navigation supporting access to additional services like genetic counseling or high-risk specialists

Expanded Cancer Caregiver Support

We recognize that caregiving can be challenging. To better support those who care for loved ones with cancer, we are offering:

• 1-on-1 support to help caregivers navigate the complexities of the healthcare system
• Assistance with the practical challenges of caring for someone with cancer

Genetic Heart Condition Guidance

Roughly 1 in 10 members may face an increased risk of heart conditions or bleeding disorders. As part of our commitment to member health, we’ll soon introduce additional guidance, including:

• 1-on-1 support for those identified to be at risk of certain heart conditions and bleeding disorders
• Care coordination with care teams and Centers of Excellence
• Addressing barriers to treatment adherence aimed at reducing the risk of heart conditions and bleeding disorders
