Once requested, your test kit will arrive from one of the nation’s best-in-class laboratories we’ve vetted and trust.

When it arrives, simply provide a saliva sample by either spitting in a tube, or swabbing your cheek. It’s easy, simply follow the included instructions. And remember, a test does no good sitting on the counter. So quickly complete it and send it back, there’s no reason to wait. We’ve provided an envelope with prepaid postage to make it easy.
